  • Location Data: Precise real-time and historical geographic location of GPS tracking devices registered to your account.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services (e.g., app/website access times, pages viewed, features used).
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device identifiers, and telemetry data from tracking devices (e.g., speed, ignition status, mileage).

We may receive information about you or your devices from business partners, service providers, or if you integrate a third-party service with our platform.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., for tax, legal, or dispute resolution purposes).

  • Location history data is retained according to your subscription plan. After your subscription ends or account deletion, location data is permanently deleted within [30/60/90] days, unless legal retention applies.
  • Account information is retained until you request deletion, plus a reasonable grace period.
  • You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Privacy Rights (Including GDPR Rights)

Depending on your location (especially if you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), you have the following rights under data protection law:

If you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR or UK GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular:

We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly before you contact a supervisory authority. Please contact our DPO first.


8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR.


9. International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may not have the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

When we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK to countries not deemed “adequate” by the European Commission or UK Government, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:
